Job Description 


·         Create electronic profiles and paper folders for new clients, gathering all the required information

·         Keep client files up to date, following up on missing information

·         Assist with annual Tax Return process by scanning documents, tracking and communicating with clients

·         Maintain work in progress jobs, keeping management up to date on overdue items

Job requirements: 
General computer skills
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Comfortable with computers and software such as Excel and Word
Good organization skills and able to prioritize
Grade 12 diploma or equivlent
Soft skills: 
Ability to work well in a fast-paced setting
Detail oriented
Professional appearance and attitude
Time management / organizational skills
Term of employment: 
$18 to $20 per hour
